Ours is a traditional artisan company, located in Calizzano, a small mountain town of Alta Valle Bormida, in the heart of the Maritime Alps, filled with forests of beech and chestnut trees, where in the autumn months the collection of mushrooms is very abundant. Since 1899 these conditions have helped our company develop a passion and dedication to processing and marketing porcini mushrooms.
Today we are in the fourth generation, and thanks to this experience, we have successfully created a completely natural product, preserving the delicate flavor, taste and aroma.
All operations are carried out in an artisan way, according to our ancient traditions. Over time, our production has been enriched with other specialties, from artichokes to dried tomatoes to appetizers in oil and creams, ideal for satisfying the more ambitious palates.
